Operation Jump Start, a nonprofit organization serving students in the Long Beach Unified School District, is looking for 8th – 11th graders to help them achieve their college dreams!
BTW, this is an absolutely FREE program for qualifying students!

OJS AlumnaWe get a lot of interested students but unfortunately, not everyone qualifies to be part of our programs. Before you apply, let’s see if you qualify?
Please answer the following questions:
- Are you a student attending a school within the Long Beach Unified School District?
- Are you in the 8th, 9th, 10th or 11th grade?
- Would you be the first person in your family (excluding siblings) to attend college?
- Do you or your family qualify for ‘low-income’ programs (for example, free or reduced lunch)?
